Return Policy

How to Request a Return or Reshipment:

       Customers must send the return or reshipment request within 3 days of the order marked as delivered according to your order's tracking code.

       Rovoko.com will check your request and will provide product return instructions if the request is approved. Once we confirm that we have received the product(s) you wished to return, we'll then issue the refund to the original form of payment or arrange a product reshipment, if the proofs are valid. During the process, we will ask for more information regarding the request.
